Please join us on Sundays at 10 a.m. for Sunday School, 11 a.m. for Worship Service, and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. for Adult Bible School. In addition, the ladies meet at noon on Fridays for Women’s Bible Study.

It is hard to believe we have already completed our study of Ephesians. As we begin the fall season, I thought it would be beneficial to do a special study on the doctrine of the Church. Our study will take us through the month of October and into November. We will address the following issues:
Please be in prayer as we embark on this study. I hope that it clarifies, instructs, and convicts us all to be the church God wants us to be.

The Bible text during Worship is Ephesians 6:13-15 and the Sermon is titled The Armor of God Part II
Below is Ephesians 6:13-20
“Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.”
We are full swing into the summer, high temperatures and humidity, and an endless supply of sunshine!
Our Bible Study schedule is still on break ~ due to resume on Wed, Sept 5 and Fri, Sept 7.

Our church traditionally takes a Summer Break for one month for Wednesday and Friday Bible studies.
That break officially begins this week (July 18 & 20) and will continue through the end of August (so it’s actually more than one month). But just because we won’t have Bible studies at the church doesn’t mean we won’t read our Bibles at home – right?
