On Sunday, November 20th, we will give thanks during our Thanksgiving Service and Harvest Luncheon. Lunch in the Fellowship Hall will follow the worship service around 12 noon. Homemade waffles and apple pie are on the menu ~ you won’t want to miss this special day!

This evening was the kick off to our Thanksgiving Fall Harvest.
The church’s annual Stewardship Dinner was recently held on Saturday, November 5 at 5:30pm. After a wonderful food and fellowship, the Concert kicked off in the Sanctuary.
J.R. Nascimento and his Orlando Brazilian Praise Team were first on the stage to lead us in worship with uplifting songs of praise. Talented Musician and Band Director Russ Durham continued the evening as a One Man Band with humor. Russ played several fine musical instruments, including the ‘Nose Horn” - what a hit with the kids and our pastor!
A special thanks to our Director of Music, Deborah Pinto, for bringing these talented Christian entertainers to our church.

Easter Sunday at Christ Community Church was a special time. Leading into Sunday was a Love Feast with Communion on Wednesday, April 20th and Good Friday’s Service of the Cross. After Easter Sunday Worship, everyone enjoyed the delicious annual Easter Brunch, which was organized and prepared by the Fellowship Committee.

We are beginning to make Easter plans. There are ‘special’ events and happenings on the Sundays approaching Easter ~ culminating with our Easter Sunday Festival Family Service and Brunch on April 24. More information will be announced from the pulpit and in next month’s newsletter.
